Anna Ross serves as Community Navigator Project Director, leading initiatives that strengthen Indigenous tourism through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and capacity building. Working alongside Native Nations and communities, federal agencies, and industry partners, she helps advance tourism as a tool for economic development, cultural continuity, and long-term community resilience. Anna brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience serving Tribal governments, educational institutions, and Indigenous-led organizations. Throughout her career, she has developed sustainable programs, cultivated cross-sector partnerships, and advanced initiatives that expand opportunities through education, leadership development, and economic growth. An enrolled citizen of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, Anna is known for her collaborative leadership and ability to unite partners around a shared vision. She is passionate about helping Native Nations and communities create vibrant, community-driven visitor experiences that honor Indigenous cultures, strengthen local economies, and reflect the priorities of the people and places they represent.
