Justin Jones (Tlingit & Haida) received a Bachelor of Science in engineering physics from Whitworth University and a Master of Science in kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University. His career has focused on health education and promotion in the Alaska Native and Native American community with roles including grant administration for his Tribal government, assisting Tribes in grant coordination with a federal organization, health program development for a Native health clinic, and youth mentorship and education in Indigenous after-school settings. He brings a decade of experience in grant reporting, data collection, program expansion, and community collaboration. Justin was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, and lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his wife, daughter, and Alaskan husky.
